Each month a group of volunteers staff our call center and ready themselves to receive phone calls from all across the United States and Canada. Each time a Billy Graham television crusade airs, those watching are given the opportunity to call a toll free number and receive Christ as their Savior. Those calls come to AMBC and other church call centers across the United States.

Volunteers are needed to staff our center once a month on Saturday night. The opportunities include:

  • Answering phones and leading callers to their next step with Christ.
  • Operating computers to monitor incoming calls and communications.
  • Verifying addresses from information received during a call.
  • Praying for those calling and those staffing the center.

Each volunteer must complete an application and attend one of the free training sessions. Telephone volunteers must be Christians who wholeheartedly trust the Bible as God’s Word and who are at least 18 years of age. Volunteers also must submit an application that is signed by a pastor or other church leader.
