History of Anderson Mill Baptist Church
Our Facilities
1975 - Met in the home of Foster and Gwen Gray the first Sunday in October.
1976 - Met in two house trailers on the current church property located at 10633 Lake Creek Parkway, Austin.
1976 - Met at Grisham Middle School due to outgrowing the trailers.
1977 - The first church building was completed at a cost of $215,000.
1981 - The Education Building was completed at a cost of $280,000.
1985 - The current Worship Center was completed at a cost of $1,000,000 and was dedicated on the church's 10th Anniversary.
1992 - The Family Life Center which houses a gymnasium, racquetball courts, a fitness room, a walking/jogging track, and spaces for classrooms and special events was completed at a cost of $1,500,000.
