Welcome to The D.O.C.K
Our Preschool Ministry D.O.C.K. (Developing Obedient, Christ-like Kids) serves to provide a happy, healthy, fun, and safe environment for children to learn about Jesus and his love. We work to partner with the parents in the spiritual training and social development of your child. When your child is at the D.O.C.K. you can be certain that they will be taught how much God loves us, what we can do to show our love for him, and that God’s desire for us is to follow His commandments. Preschool Bible classes at the D.O.C.K. use the “Groups - Hands on Bible” curriculum which incorporates a R.E.A.L. approach to ministry. It reinforces a growing friendship with Jesus, encourages long-term leaning, and results in life transformation because it’s:
- Relational: Learner-to-learner interaction which enhances learning and builds Christian friendships.
- Experiential: What learners experience through discussion and action sticks with them up to 9 times longer than what they simply hear or read.
- Applicable: The aim of Christian education is to equip learners to be both hears and doers of God’s Word.
- Learner-based: Learners understand and retain more when the learning process takes into consideration how they learn best.

Through Bible teaching we lay a foundation for a child’s future conversion experience and equip our children to be both hearers and doers of God’s Word. Your child will receive training in experiencing Christ-centered worship, Christian attitudes, perspective, and appreciation, as well as Christian living. We convey to the child that the Bible is a special book that tells about Jesus which helps associate God and Jesus with love and security and especially helps associate church with a happy, safe, and special place.
