If you could have one conversation with someone, what would you want it to be?

WHAT IS "CAN WE TALK?"

“Can We Talk?” has a unique foundation. Every session, Pastor Rod Minor leads the class to bridge the gap between church walls and community. Between defining the Gospel in conversations with fellow believers and sharing the Gospel with the lost, talking about sports, weather and knowing how to conversationally and courageously share the salvation plan with the world - “Can We Talk?” is a place for world changers. We’re experiencing a powerful movement of the Holy Spirit in taking the Good News to our community and beyond. We’d love to have you join us.

Have you ever asked, "If you died tonight, how would you know for certain that you would go to Heaven?" or "If you stood before God and He said 'Why should I let you into my Heaven?'" What would you say?

Maybe you can answer these questions for yourself, but have trouble starting Gospel conversations with others. This is the class for you!

WHO DO WE VISIT?

Through "Can We Talk?" we make many different types of visits. We may be following up on a decision that was made at our church or at an event, we may be going to see a guest of Anderson Mill or at times we follow up with a guest with one of our many community ministries. Ministries like Benevolence, Food Pantry, VBS and Community Easter Egg Hunt, Trunk-R-Treat and others reach people in our community, and through these ministries, we are able to visit many people and share His message of hope. When we make a CWT visit, it is not a cold call, but a seed we are watering and many times, we reap the harvest of the love we have been sowing all throughout community.

What to expect

With the “Can We Talk?” curriculum, you will be led each week through a short teaching time, just over an hour of outreach visits and sharing the gospel as we practice what we’ve learned, and a report time together to close as we rejoice over the incredible work God does in and through us!

 Join the team!

"Can We Talk?" prayer partners are a HUGE part of the team.  Each provides incredible air support for the ground troops who go to share the Gospel each week. When you see God at work, that’s the tip of the iceberg. Prayer is the iceberg. As a Prayer Partner, you will come to the visitation sessions and join others praying for the teams in the community.  You will receive text messages from each team as they progress from home to home.
